Money well spent
This is a super solid lat bar. Very well formed. I have no problem loading a lot weight on this and cranking out reps. The knurling provides great grip. The finish is very good. It’s well angled and doesn’t flex a bit.

Very solid and well coated bar. Nice knurling, swivel is smooth. Easily comparable to bars which cost twice as much. It's a bit heavy but what do you expect from a solid bar.

Same bar you’d use at the gym
Nice solid lat bar. It’s the same bar you’d find at any commercial gym. It has a great feel and weight to it. The knurling is good, not overly aggressive or underwhelming. I’ve used this for a few workouts now with over 100lbs loaded on my lat machine, and I’m pretty satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate buying this if you’re just looking for a solid gym quality lat bar. My only complaint about this bar, and this is the second bar/attachment I’ve bought from synergee… it comes covered in oil. It’s not a huge deal but it can take a few days to get rid of it completely.
