Maruman Organic White Miso 26.4 oz

Package says medium salty so I was worried if it’s too salty but it actually tastes really good. Not salty at all. This taste real miso . No artificial flavors or seasoning . I will buy it again.

I live in a small town food desert and have to either drive 140 miles round trip or order online for things like this miso. This was the best price I found, and it arrived on time in perfect condition. We’ve already used it to add depth to a pasta sauce and in a tofu stirfry.

Have lived in Japan and have had a lot of miso soup. This miso has a nice round flavor, but is exceptionally salty, especially if you are used to US domestically made miso.I might use this primarily as a dressing or marinade ingredient.

Good flavor. It’s not the smoothest miso paste you will find but that’s by design. It adds just a little bit of texture to the soup that you’re making. It has good flavor. The only downside is the packaging is thin so it will be slightly busted when they ship it to you.

The miso itself is good. We've had it multiple times. The last two times it's arrived damaged. The outer shipping box looks fine. The carton of miso inside is cracked and leaking. The item is not returnable and the seller has not responded.

I love Miso and I use it in my cooking all the time. This particular Miso product has great consistency and flavor and is my favorite so far. Will definitely order again.

This product arrived not sealed. It looks like it is sealed but in actuality it is not. I’m not going to eat something that could’ve been tampered with. I’m not the only reviewer on here saying this. I don’t recommend this. You can’t return it so I’m going to throw it away. A waste of money.
