Chicago Metallic Marshmallow Collection No-Bake Collapsible Pan with Cutting Gridlines, 8 by 8-Inch

Ok, the cons...we have 2 of these pans. One of them the sides don't stay snapped into place :(The pros...Its a great size. The cutting lines are extremely helpful. It's super easy to clean since the sides unsnap and fold down flat. Speaking of flat, you can store it that way! I love this pan, what an ingenious idea!

It's great and it get's the job done, the only issue I have with it is I use it for curing and cutting caramels and there are small holes on the side when flip all the sides up. I placed packing tape around the edges before pouring in my caramel mix and there were no leaks...but be aware!!!

I bought this pan for the sole purpose of making marshmallows and I am kind of disappointed. I tried greasing the pan with butter, cooking spray, and olive oil but none of these methods worked - everything sticks like crazy to this pan which butchers the marshmallows. The only way that I ended up being able to use this pan as intended is by lining the pan with parchment paper then spraying the parchment paper with baking spray.Sticking aside, the grid-lines for cutting evenly sized squares are amazing!

In the past week I've used this (or the 9 x 13 version) for marshmallows, carmels and toffee. It's wonderful. It looks like some of the lines are going to wear off fairly quickly but I don't care. Being able to just fold down the sides and cut things right there without having to dink around with parchment paper or waxed paper is a huge time saver. I bought two more to give as Christmas gifts.

I really wanted to love this, but when I used it the grid lines came off on the caramels I was making. Had to throw out the entire batch. Followed all the directions, didn't go over the temperature recommendation or anything. I wish I hadn't bought it!

when this first came in I honestly thought "what a waste". I was going to send it back but got in a bind and tried it. I have since bought 3 more because I love them so much. Super easy to clean. I don't cut on the pans but instead use the lines to mark my cuts, remove my candy from the pan and then cut. I can easily see many years of daily use from these. What a great idea!

Greatly simplifies cutting nice square marshmallows. Snapping sides are ingenious! The marshmallow sides are nice and straight, so there is no waste trying to square off the edges. I use a pizza rocker cutter to cut nice even pieces. This pan has saved me a great deal of time.

This pan was a life saver!!! No more round edges and I love the non-stick surface. I use this to make Fudge and my only issue with it is that the purple gridlines have started coming off and sticking to the Fudge :-O. However, this pan used with the perforated cutting wheel has been a life-saver when it comes to cutting out neat Fudge.
