I did not realise when I purchased these cartridges that they were actually a cheaper product than the genuine HP brand. I have never tried to buy other brands because my printer normally refuses to install anything other than the HP ones. When I received them I was convinced that I would have this problem with them, but was over the moon to find they were actually accepted by my printer, and that they are just as good as the HP ones and thankfully much cheaper. Also I have never bought the larges size and again have benefited from buying this product. I am more than delighted with this product.

A great product for our HP printer, no problems fitting cartridges, works well with ink volume warning system. Arrived early, great.

These cartridges have caused issues, I am an intermittent user of the printer and every time I tried to use it, it says replace ink cartridges, sometimes it will work when turned on and off. I have had to replace these for ATOpolyjet cartridges with proper HP cartridges when they were only half used. Printer working perfectly again now! However the company have be quick to respond and given a full refund.

Cartridges worked well no problem installing some printers reject some cartridges but no difficulty with these worked a dream

Don’t understand if it’s new why it would say previously used as previous brand new cartridges never stated that. Obviously no way to find out now. Update found out frustratingly when I went to print and nothing came out. During lockdown and quarantining with children needing print outs and I urgent bank statements.
