Worked well. Noise is gone. Easy to replace.

So far this is great. I installed today, December 20th 2025, to my 600 series Roomba and it is working well. It was very easy to replace, the replacement part was fully assembled so I just had to unscrew and pop out the old part and put in the new one, which had screws already in it so it was literally super easy. The original was only partially twirling the side brush at a slow rate or not at all so I did a little research purchased the part and installed. I will let you know if it fails (the part changed out was the original and my Roomba is pushing 8 or 9 years old). I don't expect it to last for ever but I will update review if we have problems.

It does come with the brush screwed on. Installation is maybe not for people who aren't familiar with using a screwdriver, but anybody handy at all with mechanical things will not be challenged. It didn't work on the first try, but as I suspected, it just needed to be tightened in a bit more. Nice to have that extra sweeping action again. Seems to me these things could be cheaper, but everything seems to be extra expensive these days, and this is really not that much for a motorized part of a machine costing hundreds of dollars.

After many years this module on my old 530 Roomba bit the dust. This unit had the best reviews, so I ordered it. It arrived quickly, installed perfectly, fit just like the original unit. It came with the screwdriver, no additional tools were needed, though I did use my own screwdriver to take the main plate off to access it. Put it back together, screwed the new brush on and it was ready to go, 10-15 minutes to complete it. I've used it for several weeks, it's quiet and works like the OEM unit. Very satisfied.

Worked for 3 months until the brush fell off. Tried to screw it back on but it fell off again. Now I can’t find the screw. I’m gonna contact Roomba for support.

Fit and works great

Not sure if this is the same one I got a few months ago. That one quit after only a couple weeks. Internal gears failed.

I purchased this replacement side brush kit for my Roomba cleaner. It was surprisingly easy to replace with a screwdriver. My Roomba operates much better now that the brushes have been replaced.

El producto llegó en tiempo, viene con un pequeño desarmador y la verdad es que es muy fácil de instalar en la aspiradora.

Tengo una Roomba 980 y después de más o menos 5 años de uso este cepillo llegó a su fin de vida. Ya no giraba y hacia un ruido muy fuerte y extraño. Lo abrí para intentar reparar y la verdad es muy difícil ya que lo que se descompuso fue un engrane de platico que se le barrieron unos dientes por los años de uso. Decidí pedir el motor nuevo y todos fallaban, este fue el tercero que pedí y fue el único que funcionó similar al original, los otros que pedí los tuve que regresar ya que fallaban el mismo día o la misma semana a lo mucho. Lo recomiendo, tiene ya un mes funcionando sin problemas.

Llegó en buen estado y fue sencillo reemplazarlo en nuestra roomba, hasta ahora ha funcionado sin problemas. Actualizaré si llega a tener alguna falla.
