Slim Fast Banana Shake Powder 438g

This is a very mellow banana flavor. Not overpowering like most banana flavors. AND NOT TOO SWEET! I would say this is my favorite slimfast flavor and the strawberry and cream would come in second. It is a shame the banana flavor has to be ordered from the United Kingdom. The person shipping it packed it in too small of a box and it ended up being a bit crushed in shipment but the container remained sealed and did not appear to be contaminated.

This a great Slim Fast flavor, but I haven't been able to find a way to purchase it at a price at least par with the strawberry flavor which is more expensive than chocolate.

This didn't taste as good as I had hoped. I had to add banana essence to it to make it taste better

If you like bananas then this is the shake for you. The shake has a smooth like silk taste with a hint of banana. It hard to get the taste of banana into any you cook even if you use real banana but Slimfast h has found the way. Also, the powder makes very well with the milk. You do not get lumps of unmixed powder. I use a shaker that doesn't have a mixing ball. The only downside to this flavor is it is not sold in America and I have to order it from the United Kingdom but it so good I am willing to buy the extra shipping cost. I mean I would but I have Amazon Prime so shipping is free. Also, you can only order two containers at a time.

Come on slim fast if you sell it in England why not sell it here in the USA! I love banana flavor! I see you started to sell the already mix banana cream now get on board sell the powder! I only wish the England one was a bigger size but really cant beat the price lol! Since the extra is probably the "free shipping " but will continue to buy til you sell in USA

What’s most important about this drink is the bananas drink. The taste was so artificial, It tasted like chalk. To my mind the best taste of this drink is the strawberry. So until this company has other taste to drink i. e. Blueberry, raspberry, orange taste i’ll stay with what you have now - strawberry.

The banana flavor just didn't hit the mark. And the cost was higher than other shake replacements. I understand that being an unusual flavor means paying a little more, but the taste was not worth the extra cost.

Slimfast has many flavors in Europe, but in the US we are limited to chocolate and Vanilla- WHY? This is a delightful ay to lose weight, and a wonderful way to start the day. After using the chocolate flavor for a year, I really like the break of a banana flavor.

I bought 3 flavours, so will do a short review of each.The banana is just superb. Best of all of them by a country mile. Sweet enough without being sweet if that makes sense. Really good flavour and a genuine pleasure to drink. I mix all of mine in a bullet blender for about 30 seconds, so they come out just perfect. I look forward to this flavour (I rotate them daily on my diet).The strawberry is also very nice. Very pink and seems to get a little more frothy than the banana, but again a really nice drink. These two flavours just feel like a good old fashioned mikshake and do not seem like part of a diet at all.The chocolate I have to say is disaapointing for me. Not bad or horrible by any means, but compared to how nice the others are it is a big drop in flavour pleasure in my opinion. I would score out of 100, the banana at 100, stawberry at 90 and chocolate at 50.By the way. You are supposed to mix 250ml skimmed milk with 2 level scoops (use a knife to level off the spoons). I use 125ml of semi skimmed and then top up to 300ml with water. This makes it taste creamier but actualy has less fat and because you are getting 300ml instead of 250ml, fills you up for longer so is a win/win for me.I hope this helps someone. Don't be put off the chocolate, it just doesn't do it for me so in future I will probably not buy the chocolate regularly, but will by the other two and may try the coffee one perhaps insteasd.

I use this as a total meal replacement or part meal. I usually have one for breakfast & sometimes in the afternoon.It can cause loose movement & a lot of wind which is rather smelly but maybe its not everyone who has that. I just take care if i am going out.I have a hand whisk which helps to mix properly. I fork will not mix it fully & you will get clumps of the powder.The banana favour is lovely. I will certainly keep using it as it does work at an acceptable rate & i do feel healthy.

It works loss of 7 pounds in the first week. Great for a quick fix to lose weight quickly won't like to do it more than a month. You could possibly get board with it.

As instructed 2 shakes and day with one sensible meal. I have a snack between shakes of 5 almonds (YES ONLY 5 FREAKING ALMONDS). The first 2 day were shear agony!!!( gotta drink a load water and green tea to get through it) Day three was much easier, already lost 7lbs. Of course working out everyday and what not.Also was very happy it arrived intact as the pics were worrying to say the least!!!!

My daughter wanted this banana flavour slim fast to lose a few pounds for her holiday. However it skidded like a banana skin. She bought a shaker and this and had huge hopes.The first few sips verdict was ok. Put it in the fridge for later and declared nasty aftertaste and threw it down the sink. She thought the key was to drink it straight away so mixed some more. Promptly threw that down the sink too as she declared the nasty after taste was still there. She says it tastes like plastic sweetener.So now I have almost a whole tub that I can’t even give away as no one will have it.This has been around for many years so someone must like it but it’s not us. I like the chocolate bars and cheese biscuits but I wouldn’t buy this again sorry.
