The best.... it agrees with me completely.... I have sensitivities to “ invisible “ ingredients in vitamins and anything that I swallow.... I’ve tried many biles and couldn’t take it... But not this one... I feel wonderful when I take it ... really good... One capsule works really good...

I am one of the lucky few (not) that has bile reflux bad after having my gall bladder removed. I was researching and found a lot of people who recommended taking ox bile to help with this. I have been taking the 100 mg for over a year and actually ordered the 500 mg. by accident. The 500 seems to work even better, but I do think you should start with the 100. This a brand I have researched and trust. If you have bile reflux, try this and it may help you. It has helped me and many others.

I buy both doses, the small pills that are 125mg and these huge 500mg. My teen daughter who has gallbladder issues takes the smaller ones because she can't swallow big pills. I love these, they help so much with digestive issues. I stopped taking them for a while, they're kind of pricey so I took a break. Holy crap during that break I couldn't seem to digest anything at all. I mean I took everything under the sun to get my system going with no luck. I finally bought these and the tummy is happy again. Neither me or my daughter have had our gallbladder removed but these are also good to keep the system going smooth. If you get diarrhea it's because the dose is too high and you don't need that much. Buy the smaller, low dose pills instead.Update: 10/12 After using them for only a week they stopped helping at all. I mean it was like I took nothing. I don't get it because the small lower dose pills work every single time for as long as I'm taking them and I'm doing 3-5 pills of the smaller ones. It's kinda weird that these work less when they're higher dose🤔🤔. Either way, I'm going back to the tiny pills because for some reason they never stop working and I'm not getting any results with these. Even if I take more than one pill a day😭

Had galbldder surgery on october 27 and after my life was a nightmare! Full blown nausea with intense dry heaving spells that never let up! I was so nauseous daily and feeling so full! By the 4th month it got better but still happened to have the nausea. Friend told me about this and no lie within the second day I no longer woke up with nausea! Im on the 500mg one but take out half of it since I want to adjust and not make myself sick. Its been amazing! Highly recommend it! Also if you happen to have an over production of bile or over did it, please have psyllium husk at hand bc it will absorb any excess bile! Thank you Seeking!
