A well manufactured, attractive rain jacket at a great price. I chose this over a lightweight rain jacket from Baerskin at 2 1/2 times the cost.

This is nice and warm jacket and kept me dry during the rain. The fit was perfect for me as described in the sizing chart. Enough room to wear a heavy flannel shirt underneath and still be flexible.The only issue I had was with the zippers. They should be more heavy duty. The first jacket I got, the zipper failed after a few days but the replacement was quick and the new jacket has held up so far. For being an "active" ski jacket, i would assume the zipper would be able to handle more stress. I'm not a skier but the zipper just stopped zipping up. The pocket zippers are also 'weak' but i usually don't use them so it's not too much of an issue but if i want to zip them up, i need two hands (one to hold the zipper tight and another to pull the zipper). Only one hand is needed to unzip the pockets.

So my other half is a name brand kind of guy. I am trying to get him to try other options telling him that they are just as nice, just not paying the price you would for a name.This jacket proved my point. It fits him nicely and is of a great quality material so far.He was very surprised in a good way when we pulled it out of the package. He loves that it isn't big and bulky under his safety vest but will still offer protection when needed.Our weather hasn't yet gotten to the point where he can wear it but the plain navy plue allows him to wear it for work as they have a strict code about clothing. However we can tell it will be perfect for what we bought it for. To keep him protected from the rain and wind on cooler days but not really cold days.

It keeps the water off of you really well. It doesn't breathe very well, but keeps you dry even better.

I like this jacket! Coworker had one like it, I tried hers on (she had bought the men’s one also) and I thought it looked nice. This is a men’s jacket but I liked it because it was a little longer on me. I bought a medium. I am 5’5” and weigh around 145. I like my jackets a little loose also. I appreciate the large pockets. I would call this a light/medium weight rain repellent jacket.

Purchased this for an Alaska cruise. I needed a lighter weight rain proof jacket that could be removed as the day warmed up. I appreciate the zippered hood that can be removed when not needed. The zippered packets are adequate for holding my passport and other ID's. The outside pockets are large enough to hold my gloves so I don't have to wear them all the time. Another feature is that I can roll the jacket up and put it in a backpack when I don't need it on. The length covers my fanny which is nice. Sleeves are a little long but have a Velcro attachment so they can be closed to prevent rain and wind from the entering the sleeve and keep the sleeve at the proper length for me. The jacket will fit nicely over a sweater or other shirt for layering for warmth.I always check any cloths I purchase online for seams, zippers, etc. This jacket is well made with no loose threads to pull seams apart. I expect to wear this jacket for several years. Highly recommend.

Not 100% waterproof due to bad design. Material is waterproof but hood zipper flap gap is facing upwards so rain run straight to zipper and leaks through. My back was damp after few hours of walking in a steady rain. Also, colors run so my sweatshirt is slightly pink now.
