Have only used the set a couple days now, but so far I’m impressed with the quality, especially the safety. The fear with these adjustable dumbbell sets is that the plates will somehow dislodge and fall or fly off as you’re using them. This set is quite sturdy/solid in that respect. They a strong click as you turn the handles to confirm that you’re locked in to the desired weight. Also, the base/stand had metal posts that activate the safety release on the dumbbells that allow the handle to twist. That makes it fool-proof. If the dumbbell is not squarely seated, it will not allow you to make adjustments.So overall, very pleased with the quality and price as it came in a set of two vs most other sets. Yes, this is a “lightweight” set, but is a perfect complement to the free weights I have. The rest of my family will make more use of them as their normal workout weights.

This weight-set is the high-quality product, which I had expected. The weights are adjusted, while in their cradles, by twisting and clicking the handles, through each weight-setting. The smooth, black, iron weight-disks, themselves, are either retained or detached, with each setting. Each hand-weight contains a shiny inner-core of steel, throughout it's length, while the product's remaining materials are fully appropriate. Finally, the hand-weight grips are rubberized for a sure grip. I am completely satisfied and happy, with this product and the purchase!

These are good dumbbells and great for home workouts. They are clunkier than the ones I used at the gym, but they work well! I use them several times a week and can easily change the weights for quick transitions in my workouts.

These adjustable weights are perfect. They are comfortable to hold and easy to change around. The most difficult part is turning the dial, but once you get used to it, well worth the money.

I love these weights. I can use them for multiple different exercises. I don’t have to take a weight off or put weight back on. It’s just a turn of the handle I pick up the weights I want. As I become stronger I can add more weight.
