Unpacked unit and turned on and found solid line across top of screen during start of setup, turned off and wrapped it back up and returning. Will not order again.

Absolutely love this, I use it with Lemur and Presonus Studio One Remote ! Gave my iPad away as soon as I got it. Very responsive and graphics are clean and clear.

What a poor product and purchase process! The tablet arrived in a beaten box, reeking of tobacco. It would not complete the initiation process - it kept getting stuck in the beginning of the setup. The 3rd party seller, Kanga, dragged their feet throughout the return/refund process. Amazon had to intercede to get me a return label, and the refund process took almost 2 weeks, also with the assistance of Amazon customer service. I was not impressed with the product or process.

It arrived damaged the back stand was cracked when I opened it

What a pleasant surprise. I have another tablet, a Samsung Galaxy PRO 12.2 that was getting very sluggish, also running Android 5.1, and I was concerned about the View''s performance. No worries, it runs great. Fantastic tablet.

The media could not be loaded. unfortunately This product has not lived up to my expectations. I hoped to have a big screen to watch my sports on when I travel. However because of the Pandemic I havent used it much and I'm now realizing It feezes continuosly as if when you multi task it cant handle it. I have to make sure all other windows are closed before trying to stream a show. I always use Samsung Tablets and have never had this issue. I bought it used and am not sure if it was already defected. I'm not allowed to exchange it because I didn't realize it was malfunctioning before the exchange window closed. So be careful if you purchase one of these. test it right away.so you can exchange or return it if necessary.

I purchased this because I wanted a Samsung device and to get away from my ancient iPad. Cost was also a factor because I just couldn't bring myself to pay what my cell provider wanted me to pay. The tablet works great and I'm very pleased with it. Even though it is not an operating issue, this refurbished model did not come with a slot to insert a SIM card (yes, there is a memory card slot) so I cannot add the device to my cellular network. I really had dreams of using the same Verizon apps just like on my cell phone, so this is very disappointing. Verizon was even kind enough to send me a SIM card to install, so I have thst, just no place to insert it
