So far so good. Arrived rather quickly - well packed and in tact. Extremely easy to assemble. Wheels take a little bit of pounding in. Haven't used it yet but expect it to be good. 4 stars until I actually use it.

Easy to put together, wringer comes off so it's easy to get rid of dirty water. Wheels roll smoothly.

Bought this a couple years ago, too big for most jobs around the house.Xmas tree was covered in snow and dumped gallons of water on the floor.Brought out the big mop for the THIRD TIME since I bought it, tried to wring out water and it BROKE!That is WAY too much money for GARBAGE!I should also point out that you CANNOT CONTACT them if you have a complaint: Amazon will give you the phone number to a COFFEE SHOP in Texas if you ask for their contact info, and their "website" has been "under construction' with no changes for over THREE YEARS!

This product was purchased in August. The plastic of the top wringer portion broke down the center of the front about one month ago, however, we were able to zip-tie it together and continue using it. Unfortunately, it has now broken down the side as well and can no longer be used at all. I would not recommend this product for anything other than very occasional at-home use. Not meant to be used commercially.
