Depending on where your leg pain is you roll it up and down the area where you are experiencing the pain. My pain was down the side of my leg above the knee. Later I found out by changing my diet it was a something that I was eating that was causing inflammation to the muscle running down the side of my leg.

Did anyone use this tem for at home lipo massages?

I do not know what lipo massage is but we love our roller stick so much we have bought and given away several. My husband uses it every day. He is 75 years old and still sells and installs tires 10 to 12 hours a day 6 days a week. This mustle stick is a godsend. We have one at home and he keeps one at the garage. Wonderful product.
