Took two days to ripen on window sil but was a nice melon at a decent price. Chilled sliced melon in summer is the best thing.

It's always in ice, the logic of this absolutely baffles me! It means it doesn't last as long and quickly goes mushy. It's usually the nicest one too... but not when it's been frozen!!!
