This is a great product producing first class coffee. Even better is the customer service provided by the supplier. I had a problem with the unit delivered and contacted the supplier to let them know. The service provided was exceptional and within a couple of days a replacement pot had been delivered. I would highly recommend not only the espresso maker but the positive customer support.

Reading all the good reviews I bought one of these and when it arrived I was happy with the look of the thing, BUT unfortunately mine was just an ornament as some big ape at the factory screwed it so tight I can’t get it open so have to send it back. It’s put me off buying anotherStupidly I bought another, and while the new one unscrewed when it came out of the box I made one pot of coffee and it was stuck shut as well, I won’t describe how hard I tried to open it, but I tried freezing it heating it etc to no avail.. it broke and I binned it, bought a bailetti now and the quality is far superior, you don’t realise that until you get to compare them. I’m super happy with the bailetti I guess it’s a case of third time lucky for me

Bought this as we swapped to a convection oven and the others wouldn't work. Works perfectly and has a clear top so you can see when it's stopped boiling. The clear top although an excellent idea is an annoyance as it keeps popping out and needs refitting. It's not difficult to refit so more of an annoyance than an issue. Overall very pleased.

I already have a Bialetti perculator, but as it is made of aluminium it won't work on my new induction hob, so I thought I would give this one a try.As a direct comparison, it is almost identical to my other one, although this one has a lovely see through lid so that you can see when the coffee starts coming out.It's not quite as nicely made (lid feels and looks a little cheaper in design) but it fits together easily, makes great tasting coffee, and was easy to take apart and clean.I used 1 scoop of coffee and filled the water up to the line to make myself a nice strong cup of black coffee.Hopefully it will stand the test of time, but it does seem quite robust.

Good coffee but issues with the lid. The plastic part is not fixed and falls inside. I fixed with adhesive, used daily one month, now I need to fix again

Durable quality, makes one large MUG of coffee or couple of proper espresso sized cups.. pours ok, lid quality OK , filter element sturdy quality. cheaper ones out there for sure, but this one decent quality & I'm happy enough with it. 5/5 IMHO.

This was a great stove top coffee maker initially, but the centre of the lid is a separate plastic component which is clipped into place, and over time it wears away. I have had mine for a year now, and the plastic lid part will no longer stay in place.I'm going to buy one with a solid lid!
