Peace of mind
Very functional and a must get for those who are wary of data theft via chargers in common areas. I found it did not affect charging speed and is great for protection.

Works, but not with Samsung
I've tested and it works with almost all my devices. The exception is my Samsung phone, which doesn't charge or charges really slowly 95% of the times. To understand if it was this adapter's fault, I've used other adapters I had and it also failed, so it seems that Samsung devices have some issue with USB-C to USB-C or USB-A to USB-C adapters *on the side that connects to the charger*, even if they pass data. What seems to work in my case: have a USB-C to USB-C data blocker on the side that connects to the phone. I'm not sure if it's fair to remove a star for this as it may be a Samsung problem. On the other hand, Samsung is a popular brand and some people buying this will have issues.

Really useful to prevent data theft
This usb stick, only passes the cables needed for charging in public places and not data cables so no one can stake your data from public usb points (cafes, trains, hotels etc.)

Must have w podróży i w pracy
Moim zdaniem niezbędne akcesorium w podróży, ale również w pracy czy w domu. PortaPow jest przydatny wszędzie tam, gdzie chcemy skorzystać z zasilania portu USB, ale nie chcemy wymiany danych miedzy naszym urządzeniem a nieznaną ładowarką lub obcym komputerem. Zarówno przygodne ładowarki, jak i komputery mogą być niebezpieczne ze względu na możliwość próby ataku podłączonego telefonu złośliwym oprogramowaniem. Ma to znaczenie także wszędzie tam, gdzie korzystamy z komputera np. u znajomego czy w pracy, ale nie chcemy, by rozpoczynał on synchronizację z naszym telefonem, której możemy nie być w stanie w porę anulować. Chcemy po prostu jedynie skorzystać z zasilania USB w celu doładowania. Sama koncepcja tego typu zabezpieczenia nie jest nowa, bo od dawna słyszałem o zabezpieczeniach zwanych USB condom. Jednak PortaPow jest porządnie wykonany, co budzi zaufanie i zajmuje niewiele miejsca.

Macht was es soll
Ich habe mir den Artikel gekauft, um meinen Handyakku über Nacht langsam zu laden. In Kombination mit einem alten Ladegerät wohl gemerkt. Bei einem Schnellladegerät entfällt dieser Effekt sehr. Bin mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Für meine Zwecke genau das was ich gesucht habe.
