Great deal!
Works exactly like you'd expect. Bright yellow makes it easy to find in the toolkit, fit is flexible enough for me or my go-to computer person. Seems to be well-made so I expect it will be durable enough for the next several cleanings and upgrades, so, for the money, it's more than fair value!

works as designed
This is a decent grounding strap. Good skin contact in the strap. Both the strap material and the connector plate conduct. Grounding lead has 960K ohm resistance to prevent electrocution in case you touch something hot. Decent length so you can move without disconnecting. Grounding lead has strain relief at both ends to reduce wire strain. Rated 4 not 5 stars because the strap is not elastic. Many other straps have this feature which make them much more comfortable to wear.

Saved my walking treadmill
I like to walk 3-4 miles on my walking pad at least 4 times a week. As much as I love it, it was a TERRIBLE experience doing it while using my desktop or laptop at home. After a while, being shocked with static starts to become infuriating. I strap this around my ankle, clip it to a random metal surface on my standing desk, and can walk without issues. I will get shocked SOMETIMES if the walking pad touches the carpet, but as long as it stays off the carpet, I am static-free.

Great solution!
I bought this because I kept getting shocked on my treadmill. The wrist strap is a little annoying, but far less annoying than getting shocked every 30 seconds. I didn't get shocked once while wearing this. Just wish the cord was just a little longer but, overall, it worked very well!
