Bought this for my Wife who gets constant pain in her left shoulder. She’s used this for a couple of weeks and says it’s been worth every Penny. So easy to use, and massages beautifully. A great product at a very good price.

This is very heavy,solid,does not give relief.In fact makes it worse. Not worth the money.

Quality is good and very relaxing and great for pain relief very happy

It works well, until the item slips out of its housing as not the sturdiest of constructions - it also had a screw dislodge after 2 uses, which was easy enough to put back in.The item is relatively easy to use & doesn’t get too hot. It is a firmer massage than I was expecting, however quite noisy due to the poor construction.

Shoulder massage was amazing

Probably best for athletes or people with a specific issue it’s far more like a sports massage than a stroking feathery pamper. I love mine it has saved me a fortune in treatment as a professional. Great for trigger point relief and sciatica wish it didn’t power down so fast when you lean heavily against it

This item was to big and bulky. It does massage quite deeply but it was too big. The arm rests are a bit too short. I didn’t like it
