Attached to my pool netting so I can pass the permit after the pool installation Easy to install and versatile depending on what you're putting it on. Works well! Comes with two keys and keeps the gate closed. May need two hands to open it and it's definitely child proof. I'm happy I got this because it gives me peace of mind knowing accidents will be avoided and it latches shut every time. Worth every penny

We use these on all of our gates throughout our facility. They work wonderfully. The only downside is if the wind catches the gate and blows it shut really hard it usually breaks them.

This replaced and old missing/ damaged unit that was on the pool fence when I moved in. It installed very easy and can be switched to open a left or right opening door. One thing you should be aware of is that there cannot be any obstructions above the unit. I could not attach it as high as I wanted to because of the frame of the fence (the pull up latch would strike the band holding the post to the fence. Not a big deal to install it a few inches lower- works great! No issues after a month- hopefully it handles the winter ok

It's a strong latch, I ended up going in a different direction and returned this, but to no fault of this item. I think it would have worked perfectly.
