I just read the product description and it says the Cashews are salted. Not sure about the Almonds.

does any of the dried fruit have sunflower oil on them?

I gave this as a gift more than once and I saw it. I never saw sunflower oil on the fruit and noe one ever mentioned it.

Is there any added sugar?

This is a customer forum so I have no idea. I can tell you it arrived on time and it was excellent. Now a little common sense will tell you there is no need to add sugar to nuts or fruit but ..... if it is something you really need to know - pick up the phone and call them and ask.
