Great knife/great price and very good quality.I work at a restaurant where I have to butcher 100's of pounds of different meats and I don't regret buying it one bit!

Thinn and narrow blade guides through meat . No drag like my thicker blades

Recently became a meat cutter for a grocery store chain. This knife is great! Really recommend it for anyone that is going to be cutting meat especially a lot quickly.

I'm not sure why ppl say it comes sharp. It was pretty dull... but overall after sharpening it.. it works.

This knife is excellent quality for the price and is extremely sharp directly from the factory.

I cut meat for a living and I always use Forschner. I thought I would give this a try since it had a reasonable price. I like the feel of the handle but the blade is thin. It doesn’t seem to hold an edge long and it’s very light. I usually buy a new breaking knife every 3 or 4 years but I doubt this will last the year. It would be a great knife for the recreational meat cutter.
