Book reached to me in perfect shape. It's cover is good and paper quality is also great. It contains topics in depth and well detailed.

Trust me guys if you're planning to give CCNA or ICND1 then this book is all you need. Of course you have practice over the labs.I am preparing from packet tracer.And regarding this book pages are soft and the build is excellent and the weight is just right.Don't think too much just Go for it !All the Very Best to you all IT ninjas

I mean when you buy a book you expect it to be good and new, cuz i am not buying it for a second hand price. The product had some little damage here and there i know its not a big deal but like i said earlier when you buy it, you expect it to be new and definitely not damaged even a little because it will get damaged over time while using somehow.
