Poly Voyager Focus UC B825 USB-A Headset inkl. Ladestation

The sound quality is superb, I’ve tested the active noise cancelling and it works really well. Working from home with a loud Italian husband and dog barking hasn’t been the easiest so this has been a game changer for me! It connects seamlessly between my work phone via Bluetooth and my laptop using the dongle. It can switch between the two without too much trouble. The voice notifications can be turned off/ adjusted via the app, it’s particularly useful when you are using the headphones when you’re not in front of the computer. The stand keeps my desk neat with no extra cables. Overall, it’s transformed my working condition at home and I’m less anxious about background noise. My dog can sense it so he can’t be bothered barking anymore either.

The headset arrived 4 month after ordering, which I found quite long but it was during the Covid situation so the demand may have been high. They work really well and are very intuitive, switching device automatically when needed and pausing when taking the headsets off. I do have some Bluetooth issues with my computer, where the sound will not work all of a sudden. I then have to disconnect and reconnect, which is a quick solve but quite annoying sometimes. The sound quality and volume is great and the pads are extremely comfortable. Working from home with them everyday and would definitely recommend, it is worth the money!

So I got this as I now wfh mostly and the company provided 1 eared wired headset which wasn't ideal. Overall well worth the price, the charge lasts plenty, have never ran out during the day and sometimes have music playing through them all day. Noise cancellation is decent, probably not top of the range, but not to be expected. I did test them out of curiosity Vs my Hyper X gaming headset for a game or 2, definitely not great for gaming, but that's all good. Very happy with my purchase, awesome being wireless while working and sound clarity in calls etc is perfect.

Comfortable fit, easy to set up and use. One thing only that I would improve is to have a location for the plug in dongle when not in use. The head phone fit nicely on to the charging stand, so I have a bit of blue-tac to stick it to the base unit. But it doesn't detract from the use. Very good over all

Great audio from this headset. It can connect to a computer using a dingle that provides really high quality audio. It can also swap automatically between devices such as your computer and phone. The only drawback is that when using bluetooth to the phone the audio quality is not as good. Another drawback in the lack of a cable for using on a plane however the overall useability is great and I use them every day . Superb range that allows me to continue a conference call from several rooms away such as the kitchen to make a coffee during long calls without missing anything. A+

This headset has some clever features but bluetooth connection is crackly even with less than 1 m distance - which is really poor. Even worse, once muted it is impossible to unmute, as pressing the red mute button again leads to the announcement "Mute off" followed immediately by "Mute on", no matter how often you try it. So you are permanently muted, can't make calls and potentially locked yourself out of a call. Downloaded instructions, didn't help, spoke to techincal support, didn't help. AVOID!

I have enjoyed using these but alas the earpiece snapped clean off. I looked at the other side and that is cracked too. This shouldn’t be the thing that breaks first at this price.

I use this for MS Teams calls, Zoom calls and for speaking on my mobile phone and it works without any issues on all devices/programmes. I have used them over long calls and to listen to quiet music in a busy office and they are really comfortable.

Uso questa cuffia per homeworking. Caricata e connessa (via dongle) senza problemi al PC, via blutooth al telefono. Pre-impostata per l'uso con MS Teams che é il mio software di lavoro. Giudizio positivo dopo circa un mese dall'acquisto.

El producto cumple con todo lo que se menciona en la descripcion. Es comodo al estar usandolo por varias horas (6-8) al día, se escucha muy clara la voz y la cancelacion de ruido es bastante buena. El unico tema que he visto, es la duracion de la bateria no dura tanto pero nada que impacte el desempeño del producto.

Die Soundqualität ist hervorragend – klare Stimmen, kräftiger Bass und sehr gute Geräuschunterdrückung, sowohl beim Hören als auch beim Sprechen. Schon beim Auspacken macht das Headset einen hochwertigen Eindruck: ordentlich verpackt, alles sauber sortiert und direkt einsatzbereit. Besonders positiv: Mit meinem Kopfumfang von ca. 58 cm sitzt es absolut bequem. Kein unangenehmer Druck auf den Ohren, selbst nach mehreren Stunden Tragezeit. Dazu kommt die praktische Ladestation, die den Schreibtisch ordentlich hält und das Headset jederzeit bereit macht. Ein wirklich gelungenes Produkt für Büro, Home-Office und Meetings – klare Empfehlung!
