Great sound
I recently installed the JBL BassPro Nano 6" Powered Subwoofer in my Mini Cooper Countryman, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The build quality is excellent—compact, sturdy, and designed to fit snugly in my vehicle without taking up much space. Despite its small size, the BassPro Nano delivers impressive, deep bass that truly enhances my audio experience. It adds a rich, full-bodied sound to my music, making each listen more enjoyable whether I’m commuting or just relaxing. Installation was straightforward, and the sound quality is consistently great. Overall, it's a well-built, reliable subwoofer that offers fantastic value for its size and performance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost their car's audio without sacrificing space!-

Perfect under a seat, but not for the trunk
I mounted this sub behind the driver’s seat in a NC Miata, and ended up liking it so much that I bought a second one to put behind the passenger seat. They put out a nice, tight bass line that you can feel, without vibrating the whole car or deafening the passengers. Installation is pretty easy; I was able to do it by myself in about two hours. Its performance is excellent for a miniature sub, but keep in mind that it CANNOT compete with a 10” vented enclosure. It lacks that ‘big bass’ sound, and even at maximum gain, you won’t be able to hear (or feel) it if you put it in the trunk. Hip hop and rap bass lines tend to roll off noticeably on the extreme low-end notes, but for classic rock, country, and less bass-heavy music its performance is flawless. Two other things to note:The Nano is very slim, but if your car has very low-slung seats (Miata) it won’t fit underneath. The remote volume knob has an obnoxiously bright blue power indicator. I had to mount it facing down, to keep it from blinding me while driving at night. If I could change one thing about the Nano, it would be that annoying light.

Clean sound, small and good for small cabs
This sounds great. Put it in a smart car and with that small cab it’s prefect and punchy. Trucks or small cabs it’s great. Would need 2 for larger vehicles. I would buy again.

Great little sub
Installed this little guy under the front seat of my Bronco. It sounds awesome! Great bass. We upgraded the front dash speakers too. Little but packs a punch.

Perfect and cheap alternative to fix Bronco's lack of bass
Forget all the normal recommendations (key amp and speaker replacements). This nano with a $20 wire kit tapped to kick panel speakers is a great option.Fits underneath the rear driver-side seat and still allows the seat to fully drop.Of course I'd love for it to boom as much as a 8" or 10" woofer, but it does really good and if you are just looking for that missing bass to an otherwise STOCK system. If you have a 23 or newer that comes with the deleted woofer, for about the same price ($250-ish) you'd probably want to just go that route instead.

Good Sound, But Didn’t Fit My Setup
Based on the specs, the JBL BassPro Nano 6" Powered Subwoofer seemed like a great option, and I was excited to add it to my sound system. The sound quality is impressive for its size—deep, punchy bass that really enhances the overall audio experience. It’s compact and well-built, and you can tell it’s made with quality materials. However, despite all the positives, I ended up having to return it because it just didn’t fit in my car’s setup. The subwoofer is small, but it was still too bulky for the limited space I had available. It’s unfortunate because the sound was great, and I was really looking forward to using it.If you have the space, I think this subwoofer could be a great addition to your system, but definitely double-check your measurements before purchasing to make sure it will fit your specific setup. Three stars because the sound is good, but it just didn’t work out for me.

Decent
Obviously we don’t expect this to be too loud, but it is a perfect amount for a small car like an Acura RSX we put it in. My lady is happy with the sound.
