Instant Relief !
Early impressions are very good. This is based on a couple of five minutes sessions on the board and using the resistance bands today.My posture instantly feels much better. My back feels less tight. My back feels different but in a very good way. This might not necessarily be your experience, so stick with it a while.I do have concerns about longevity of the device, as it seems like it could break under pressure, after a period of use. I hope that's not the case, because this is a fab device.I will update my review after a longer period of use.

Very easy to use, practical
Nice product. Good cushion help you to relax your lumbar area. Easy to assemble

Wasn't sure if this was going to help as my back pain was in a very specific spot that I could never get relief from even after trying loads of different stretches and massaging products. But after using this for 5 minutes every day my back is improving quickly. Make sure to follow the instructions, level 3 is a very big stretch and needs to be worked up to.

Great but hasn't lasted
I've used it everyday since buying it a few months ago and as a result my back has felt great and my posture has improved.However as the photo shows, constant use has snapped the base which now makes it useless.I would buy a similar one again just not from the same supplier. At least not yet.

I have spent a lot of money on osteopathic treatment on chiropractors, this device has given me the power to help me correct issues with my back, I’m not always in pain, but being active cycling and lifting weights cones within issues.The back stretcher also comes with bands to help me stretch my hamstrings, which shorten during cycling,Simple to set up, with a variety of settings it pod my back in, I can feel it click, used slowly and carefully it brings me great relief, overall a great product.

This is a clever device and light weight
It is very difficult to set it and highest point without it falling out of its keepers. I have not tried to attach it to a chair yet, but I like the fact you can store it flat without taking up much room.
