Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed?

We have had our current one for 4 years. It's went through 5 dogs, 3 cats, and incontinent adult, and a husband that works at a sawmill and drags all kinds of craps into my house. The foot pedal just broke. We LOVE this mop. I got one here to specifically order a new one. This will be the only one we ever own.

Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water?

You realize once you put the mop head into the clean water after using it it's dirty water right? Having different buckets only keeps one bucket of water clean until you dip the mop head into the bucket after you've already used it on the first pass on the floors. If your floors are that dirty after one mopping session then you need to do more than one mopping session.

Does this product work as described?

Absolutely! I have two dogs who constantly track in the Florida sand. This mop works better than swifter for quick clean up of debris, dog hair and sand. Plus I can clean my moldings and walls with it. Love this! Best tool ever! Easy and clean. Used almost daily fir a month. Works fine. I don’t expect it to last forever, but I will happily purchase replacements when things wear out.

Great mop system – easy to use and very effective

really like this mop and bucket system. The spinning wringer works very well and makes it easy to remove excess water. The mop head cleans floors quickly and reaches corners easily. It’s lightweight, simple to use, and makes cleaning much faster. The bucket is sturdy and the pedal works perfectly. Overall, it’s a great product and I would definitely recommend it.

Best Cleaning Product Out There

Should've bought this Sooner! I absolutely love this mop. I needed a new mop and this one is super easy to use. I like that I can adjust the handle length which is nice when I am cleaning walls. I also like the mop heads. Easy to click on and click off and super easy to clean. I just threw it in with some towels and then air dried. I highly recommend this product.

Best mop I have owned makes floor cleaning actually easy

The spin mechanism on this mop is genuinely brilliant. You wring out exactly the amount of moisture you want without touching the mop head which means your hands stay clean and dry. It picks up dirt and hair really well on both hardwood and tile and the microfiber head actually cleans rather than just pushing dirt around. The bucket design is sturdy and has not cracked or broken with regular use. I have been using this for months and floors have never looked better in less time.

Spinning action with no spillage

I love to have my floors clean and enjoy convenience. This mop/ bucket combo is easy to use, you can wash your mop fast and then wring the mop fast, doesn't spill water all over the floor when it spins, holds your mop after use. It works great and it is made well. It is worth the money your spend.

Simple and Perfect

Switched from a Bona mop to just an old school mop and bucket. I love the spin mechanism, seems to be strong enough for multiple washes, my one ask would be an easier way to move like w casters but it would be hard to spin it. Mop head is perfect size for smaller areas, I am in a 1600' TH and it is the perfect size to get every corner. Still need to wash the mop head but I don't see that being an issue
