The frame is beautiful. The warm wood golden color has lovely wood grain. The frame and plexiglass are a nice weighty quality. The price is more than reasonable, easy to frame then apply hanging wire, Highly recommend!

24x36 Frame:Framed a professional print, and it looks great. Simple frame, the print fit perfectly (24x36), and crystal clear plexiglass. I've seen other reviews complaining about how clear it is, but there are protective films on both sides. The one on the inside is printed with the company's logo and is easy to see. The outside one is clear, and requires some fiddling with the glass removed from the frame. Rub your thumb over a corner a bit, the film will start to peel off.Also note, the frame comes with a hanging kit. Some assembly required. For my frame hung horizontally, I drilled a 3/32" pilot hole in the middle of the back of each side of the frame, 7" from the top and assembled it from there. Be sure to leave some slack in the wire so it can hang centered on the wall hanger.The art shown is "Golden Hour" by Jeff Jordan.12x16 Frame:This frame comes with glass instead of plexiglass, so be careful when removing it to add your art. I recommend adding the picture hanger (comes with, but not installed) with the glass out. Measure twice and be sure the hanging bracket is centered. I drilled two pilot holes for the bracket to be installed easier. Did not want to risk anything splitting. From there, this picture is small enough to just hang by a single nail.The art shown is "Cancer the Crab" by Ali Hassan.

I ordered this frame because I could not find a 10 x 13 frame in any store in my area. My daughter and I picked out this frame to cover her 10yo portrait (taken pre-COVID). The frame arrived on time, although later than I hoped for due to availability (I blame COVID). It was fairly well packaged; however, the glass was broken in one corner. I contacted the company who immediately said they would send out a replacement glass. The replacement glass, though very well packaged, was not square so which made one long end too big to fit. I contacted the company again; they said they would send out another one. The second replacement glass was not even close to the right size (9 x 12). I contacted them again (a little but irritated) and the third replacement glass fit, although my husband had to put it in because it was very snug. I had lost the hanging thing so my husband had to put one end from a household repair kit we have. He noticed that the hole(s) for the hanging thing wasn’t centered at all. It’s a nice frame, especially for the cost. I do commend the company for their efforts to make it right.

This frame is nice. It came with plexiglass. I thought that for as much as they were charging, that included real glass but that's my fault for not reading the description. I thought it would not have mattered... but when I got my large family picture in it, it just looked cheap. Now I get to go shopping for a piece of glass that fits. Will be more careful next time.

Excellent wood style and build. I also enjoyed that this was made in Brooklyn; cool.

Took a while but certainly worth waiting for! Looks perfect!
