Adjustable Wearable Wrist Arm Weights for Walking, Fitness, and Physical Therapy

These are real nice, low profile, wrist weights. I use these when I play beat saber and I can really feel it in my shoulders.I have skinny wrists and sometimes feel a bit of pressure from the weights against my wrist bone when first putting these on but I don’t notice it after starting the game. They stay in place very well even though my arms are flailing all over the place while I play.I have the previous version also and like how those were even lower profile, but these are much easier to get on with the Velcro.

These are the 6th and last pair of wrist weights I'll ever need to buy. Previous pairs had iron powder which eventually leaked at the seams and scratched up my oak floors, and had to be thrown out entirely when the velcro wore out. These fasten very snugly and don't bang my wrist bones. I've had a W8FIT belt for 6 years. The bars are still like new -- no chips whatsoever, so I expect the wrist weights to be equally durable. Of course, all neoprene-type belt material will eventually stretch out, but W8FIT sells replacement belts and wraps, so I don't have to throw out the bars. I also prefer these wrist weights over the bracelet type as it's more comfortable when iron bars are covered and cushioned near bony wrists and ankles. The wraps are quite thin, so I don't move differently to accommodate their bulk. I've communicated with the seller to order replacements belts. She's very responsive, which is a refreshing and welcome seller interaction. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
