Lip sunscreen. I have a terrible time with blisters on my lips after being in the sun. This sunscreen is the most effective and lasts the longest

I have tried many suncreen lip balms, but nothing compares to Cotz. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with lip burns. :)

I have been trying to find a lip SPF that I can tolerate for YEARS. I've watched countless video reviews of lip SPF products from skin care influencers, estheticians, and board-certified dermatologist.I can't remember who mentioned the Cotz Lip SPF (perhaps it was Dr. Dray?), but I'm so glad I gave it a try.My issues with lip SPFs (whether you use a regular facial sunscreen or a lip-specific product), is that they always taste TERRIBLE. Disgusting and bitter. Like eating weird chemicals or plastics.This is the first one I've found that doesn't have a bad taste. And at 45 SPF, it's a great level for sun protection.As they say, the best sunscreen products are the ones that you will actually use EVERY DAY. This is a new staple for me, especially in the summer.

Great lip sunscreen- stays moist in the tube and on the lips.

I have tried this daily for about a week, testing it with different lip treatments for a final effect I can work with. I've found a lip moisturizer & tint combo that goes well under this. On my darker lips it does give a frosted lipstick look on top of anything it goes over, or makes my lips look ashy if I use it my itself. I think that's just the cost of a physical instead of chemical sunscreen, but things like Supergoop have spoiled me. I will probably replenish it when it runs out, at least for the Summer. I have another brand on order that has a slightly lower SPF that I may make my regular instead though. Will see if I can do better. This is good enough to use though for protecting lip skin and hopefully preventing chapped lips rather than just putting emollients on top.
