This rod is lighter and more sensitive than most of my more expensive rods. I seem to keep going to whenever I use a spinning rod

Only thing I didn't like was reel seat my shimano reel didn't seat as cleanly as it should've

Love the pole alot. It's made great and feels good to. I have used it only used 1 time so far, but loved it.

The reel Handel is to small , I had to redrill the Handel to fit my reel . This will be hard for anyone to use or put a reel on this rod.

Lightweight and strong. Ideal for throwing lite to medium lures.

Back in business again

This thing is great. I’d always fished with the cheap combos you’d pick up at local retailers. $10-20 on sale, zebco, Shakespeare, etc…. That got me fishing and I was relatively happy with them. This rod however, takes things to a whole different level. It’s about sensitivity. This rod makes fishing with the cheap combos feel like I had nailed a reel to a 2x4. I can feel so much more of what’s going on at the end of my line, little nibbles I would have missed out on are now readily detected. I can feel the difference between a fish biting and bumping a plant or rock. It’s resulted in more fish caught and fewer snags when trying to set the hook on a submerged tree branch.I’m very budget conscious, but sometimes things are just worth the price of upgrading, and this is definitely one of those times.

Bought the 7ft med light spinning. Top guide was twisted/misalligned. The guides are not the new forward stainless guides as shown in the pictures. Have emailed them twice but no response.Update: in response they sent me a new rod in excellent condition. This rod is very light and sensitive. I get good distance on my casts. As with the other Cadence rods I have, I'm sure it will hold against the big fights. Good customer service.
