If a part of the item is damaged can you just get that part replaced rather than sending the whole item back

No the door broke and I had a whole replacement sent out

Does the plastic feel cheap?

Yes the plastic is of good quality, however....The dinosaur and the jeep are very sturdy but the volcano isn't the best, it's not very stable and the hinge on the plastic wooden door broke after 20 mins and the "mouth" cave doesn't open very far to actually get a dinosaur inside. My 4 year old didn't play with it for long.

Good Toy for a Dino Fan

My son loves this toy. He uses it for he's dinosaurs or all types. He has wanted this for a while now, so decided to purchase for Christmas. He was so pleased when he saw it.

Just a bog standard toy

Plastic , fairly cheap feel to it but not the worst , it doesn't just drive forward it moves the back cage up and down so makes a noise especially on laminate flooring, T rex hard and solid so no moving parts , doors open that's about it with a couple of truck noises to press on top . Stocking filler maybe however a decent size toy

Very disappointed!

This is not up to the usual good quality of battat! It’s hard to push, the doors don’t open and close properly and the back cage is also poor quality closing, very disappointing!
