After struggling to put it up we found the you tube video which explained a lot. Very nice summer house but the written instructions could be updated to save an hours lost work before we found the video! Great delivery team

I recently brought this item. A few reviews were quite negative and I think people probably expect too much.It’s basically a shed with doors and bigger windows. It does however look good and is in general well made. The only problem we had was the roof was not level the toung and grove boards had not been put flat and as such had 5mm ridges in a few places. If you were to put felt down it would damage the felt. Luckily we had brought a rubber roof so could work around it. But still I would have been in my rights to send it back and it’s really not good enough when they expect you to put felt on it.The panels are all a bit out of shape, this is not uncommon with sheds. The rafters and beams are not strong enough to support it during transport and storage. Having said this we fixed most problem by clamping it while screwing it, forcing it back into shape.The screws they supply are rubbish buy your own and use an impact driver, a drill won’t be good enough and will hurt your hands holding it so long in so many different positions.I would also recommend painting it before hand and treating the base with bitchimen paint. Why they don’t say this in the instructions is beyond me.The anti rot guarantee is useless it has so many caveats it will never be valid.If you expect a perfect pre-fab garden office spend 5x more and get SIPs. If you want a cheap home office and are willing to put a bit of effort into assembling this is good value.
