This double end ball is great for use in an apartment like mine. The sticker is strong and I had to shave off some of the ceiling popcorn about a quarter dollar size to get it to stick to the surface which was easy. I am using a 20 lb dumbell to anchor the bottom chord and it has been a excellent piece of equipment for my slipping punches. I recommend to get some ductape to secure the ball as it has 2 spring button clasps that will slide as you punch the ball where it will go up or down, altho this can be remedied with taping the ball at the top and bottom of it to secure it to where it wont move. Once I got it set up so it would stay in place while being used it works great. I like that it is height adjustable.

designed more for kids and not an adult. doesn't hold position very well unless you are hitting it very lightly. swings around wobbling instead of back and forth like the better version I've hit in professional gyms.

Secured with my own hooks this works great as a substitute for my not having a punching bag. Has for sure improved my speed and accuracy I would buy it again in a hot second

I purchased this just to test it out because I thought it was cool and have been teaching my young kids some boxing. We have a heavy bag, speed bag, and training balls on head bands. The sticky pads to install this are actually the best part. They are freaking sticky and hold. I put one on swept off concrete and one unfinished sheetrock in the garage. Never had an issue with them. Now for the ball and elastic they feel like they are good quality and made well. The ball is not too soft so it bounces off bare knuckle of gloves nicely. But here is the total down fall of this thing. It has spring loaded clips to adjust it. They do not work at all and seemed like they just tried to figure some way to put this thing together and keep it adjustable. Just take them off, tie knots where you want the ball, and then tie more knots to hold it at heighth. But my kids are different heighths, so well, it is taken down and not used. Try again engineers.
