D-Ring Replacement Recliner Handle, Lazy Boy Compatible, 22" Length

I'm writing this review as I buy for the second time. It does fit perfectly, but it's a very poor design. They seem to just continually break. I wish they would redesign it so I don't need to keep buying them. I expected more when I bought my Lazy boy sofa. It was, by far, the most expensive couch I ever bought. So disappointed...

I ordered a cheaper replacement pull that promised a "universal fit" for La-Z-Boy recliners. Well, I had to send them back, they did not fit. These came quicker than what they estimated and they are a perfect fit.I just took me a few minutes to replace both sides. It helps to flip the sofa on it's back and to have the recliner footrest out (it gives you a little more working room). I had my daughter help by holding the footrest up, because it wants to close since the sofa is on it's back.Both sides of our sofa needed replaced. It's nice to have the recliners working again.

This part broke on on lazy boy recliner couch. I was worried about taking to lazy boy and how much it would cost before I saw YouTube video showing how easy it was to do yourself. We found the right part (this one ) on amazon and ordered. Have to be careful because there are several similar looking parts that don’t fit. This was exactly what we needed. Was easy to replace, probably took less than 10 minutes and works great so far.

After taking the time to find the correct one for our chair, a lot of details were important along with keeping all the pieces to figure out the length, this one works perfectly and is exactly like the original. It is not super easy to install on our model chair as one of the sides has to be loosened to get the cable end through, but that is the chair design, not the fault of this part. The chair now feels like brand new again.

Wish Lazy boy made better handles because it's pretty rotten that they're all breaking after such a short time. UGH. Thank goodness replacements were available easily.... these work. We've had to order more than once :-/

This didn't look the same as the part I was replacing. But since other reviews mentioned they used it for Lazyboy, we tried it. It functions well, but does not have the same finished look as what we were replacing. Honestly, we dont care a bit about that fact. It doesn't show since we have a table next to it, and we are just happy to use the recliner again.

I love the internet, amazing stuff. Pulling the handle of our Lazy Boy recliner on New Years Day resulted in a broken cable end, necessitating a replacement cable. I searched on "Lazy Boy recliner repair cable" and up comes Amazon with a replacement through Recliner-Handles.com. Ten minutes worth of validating it was the right one, via good product photos, reviews and watching a two minute video on How To on YouTube convinced me to order. They said delivering would be Jan 7 - 12th but it came today the 5th. After spending 5 minutes finding a good screw driver in my tool box it took 10 minutes to replace and it now works better than new. I love it. Thank you. We live in a wired but very useful world.

The original part wore out after 2 years which in conjunction with a cushion seam unraveling tell me La Z Boy is trash. Quality of the part is limited by La Z’s poor specs in the first place as this is identical to the oem part.
