OK for the money...but one safety caution...
For the price I suppose it's fine. A bit clunky as you have to manually tighten bolts to keep your bikes at the right angle per differing frame types. Caution: The system they used (u brackets) become loose as you drive. So for longer road trips you need to check and tighten the hardware or your bike(s) WILL rotate about the frame of the bike rack...could be catastrophic!

Can't touch this (for the money)
Those of us who don't spend $500 on a bike rack (or, on a bike) love bargains like this! This is not made cheaply (and I know my metal). So what do you get for $400-600 that you don't for $90? Well, you get arms that fold in when you are not using it, you get a big brand name on it (more likely to get stolen) and you get a smaller bank account and larger cc bill. For the rest of us - there is this. I have used mine for 100's of miles with no problems. Note - being built heavy it might weigh more than some units - so check the weight and make sure you can handle taking it on or off.

Works great
Easy to use and does not take up alot of space if put in back of car. Only grip is the big screws for locking down the bikes could scratch the bikes while putting them on or taking off. Just have to be careful when doing so.if not put in receiver all the way, still possible to open hatch without lowering bikes.

Sturdy!
An excellent sturdy bike rack. Have been using this rack on the back of my Chevy van for 9 months now. I especially like the way it securely attaches the bike and locks it firmly down. The rack is made with quality materials and looks like it will last forever.

Doesn't fit my full suspension mountain bike
If you have a full suspension mountain bike this rack probably won't work. The bike wouldn't balance on the narrow attachment area because of the complexity of the frame. I went with a platform style rack instead.

Only one flaw, but a good bike rack.
Really sturdy. Only thing I recommend is buy "break-away" nuts to add on there because even you lock it to your hitch, the only thing from taking it away is a couple wrenches and a couple seconds.

Work great
Exactly what I wanted. I had to install a hitch, but that was no problem. Got that from Amazon too.

Good 3 spot bike rack for the price
This sport rack was $45 cheaper than Canadian Tire for the same model. Arrived on time but man was the box ever destroyed. Since the package is heavy and oddly shaped inside I would image the package gets pretty beat up during delivery all the time. Make sure you check the package for all of the pieces when it arrives. 4 stars because the rack has some wobble to it when installed and I had to readjust all of the top brackets. Carries 3 bikes, has a bike lock and fits 1-1/4 to 2 inch hitch receivers. I should clarify, it really fits a 1-1/4 inch hitch and comes with an adapter to fit it into a 2 inch hitch which makes it a bit more unstable. Has a threaded lock pin but no lock on the pin itself so I bought a locking pin to ensure that someone can't walk away with your bikes and the rack altogether. Easy to put on and take off during the weekends for out of town biking trips.

Wobbly
The rack itself is great, really like the locking feature as well. I have a 2” hitch, the adapter is plastic though and doesn’t fit the hitch properly so there’s quite a bit of wobbling. We only use it for the kids’ bikes and for fairly short distances, all highway, not sure how it would hold up on longer bumpier trips. Haven’t had any issues with it but it would be nice not to have to constantly keep an eye on it when driving.

Wobble a lot
The screw is too long and therefore wobbles a lot. If you don’t have a horizontal bar on your bike then you can’t use this. Can’t be used for most mountain bikes that have very inclined bar. Took me some time to install it. Instruction manual not very clear. Hope they can have a video with step by step installation.

The 1.25” hitches good for up to 2 bikes only.
Nowhere on the Amazon listing page for this item nor on the box itself does it say the if you use the 3-bike version of this rack with a 1.25” hitch then you are limited to 2 bikes. I found this out only after the box arrived and I looked at the assemly instrucitons. Will have to return it. Disappointed.

I guess for the price it's ok but was too bulky for us.
We did not keep ours as it was much heavier than expected. Also, the design of the rack itself didn't work with out mix of adult & kids bikes. The price was good and if you had 3 standard adult bikes I'm sure it would be great.
