Q: What is this that I hear about having to change a fuse in the grill if it blows?

The fuse is a problem. After a year of use the grill blew the fuse. There were no instructions for changing. A search of the internet supplied an explanation of the problem and instructions for repair. Unless you are electrically inclined it is best that the grill be trashed or given to someone who has the repair skills. It would cost to much to have repaired. Best to buy a new one. It is a good grill so I bought another one. It is to bad that Krups is so customer unfriendly. The fuse should be accessible and instructions for its replacement should be a part of the product.

Q: The pictures are misleading. It shows both grill (ridged) plates and flat plates. Which is accurate?

Mine has ridged plates. It does a good job of cooking but I wished the cooking surfaces were removable to facilitate cleaning.

Q: anyone have a series 6331 model? If so, will it also grill meats

I imagine one could, but a gas grill or a cast iron griddle would be much easier to clean and would do a good job.

Q: Where can I get a user manual for it. I have lost mine

I have the manual. If you give me your address I will send a copy by US mail. The manual is written in three languages, do you want all three of just English?
