Guam Seaweed Mud Fast Action

I tried this mud about 1.5 month ago. The only problem I have is that it is pretty small and expensive. I think the sellers now drive the prices up because of the popularity. I only had enough for about 2 weeks (7 treatments - 4 in week one and 3 in week two, as per instructions). However, I only used it on the FRONT part of the thighs and above the knee area, as I don't have visible cellulite other than above my knees, and that's why it lasted for two weeks. So if you need to use it on full legs, it may just last for a week. Having said that, if you can afford it, this is probably one of the best cellulite treatments. After I finished it, I wanted to try other products (more affordable) and ordered seaweed powder to make my own mud at home. The results didn't even come close to those I experienced using guam mud. I eventually went back to Guam Mud, though I bought it from other website, as I found a better deal. I am now going to finish the treatment (they recommend a total of 12 treatments) and then just do a maintenance once a month. *** UPDATE I did finish the treatment and oh boy, I wish I had discovered this mud log time ago. I had very stubborn cellulite above my knees and nothing seemed to work, even though i exercise every day. I can finally wear short shorts and am so so happy about the result. I lost about 4 lb., and being 5.2'' it makes a huge difference. I took picture throughout the treatment (after each one) and the result before and after are amazing, i wish I could post them.

I use this product from 2018, GUAM is amazing, if you need loose some wait and get in shape fest I highly recommended.

All Guam products work, I've been using them for years, this one too but it's inconvenient having to spread it on, wait and then wash it off, if you've got the patience for it thought its a great product.

In my experience, the only mud that really works for cellulite. I have been using it from years. I used to buy it in Itsly and I am so happy it is available on Amazon in the usa

You really notice a difference on first treatment!!! Is kind of itchy from the circulation but that's expected. Take before and after photos. You'll see!

Just a quick one - I was expecting great results following everything I've read on this product. It's quite pricey so I've waited quite a while to get it. Very disappointing thus far. FYI, I'm 120lbs and small frame - never been overweight - do have cellulite - not massively bad but definitely there. I've used this 3x so far per the instructions with cling film - absolutely no difference whatsoever. The 500mg jar looks only 2/3 full when you open it - I'll probably get another 2 treatments out of it - on my own experience - I would NOT buy it again - it's too pricey not to get any kind of result. I did note that a lot of the previous comments on this product on various websites were in their 20s and 30s - I'm in my late 40s - don't know whether this has any bearing. In my opinion, it's no better than the various creams I've used - given the effort and time and mess factor - it really wasn't worth the money. Sorry, didn't work for me... Update 3/1/12 - Okay, I used it again and applied it extra thick - thinking this may make a difference - absolutely no improvement whatsoever. Just a waste of money - super expensive - zero result - time consuming and messy. It really is no better than a $10 cream I've bought in my local drug store. Very disappointing - hence I've changed the title for my review. I won't bother using the very last of the pot - I've used it 4x and there is ZERO difference. Buyer beware. Interestingly, I did post this review elsewhere (for this product) but it hasn't showed - I'm thinking because it's a negative review - it therefore makes me question whether only the positive stuff is being posted about this product - except here of course on amazon, which is good. I would give it a zero stat if that were an option.

OK I am quite a cynic when it comes to cellulite products. I've tried a few things and have been left out of pocket and disappointed but this product is the exception. Guam comes in a big pot of, basically, green slime that you smear over your orange peel areas - thighs in my case. Then you wrap yourself in cling film like a left over sausage and bake in your own juices for 45 minutes. The mud is cool to the touch but as your body temperature activates it you will notice a tingling of the skin... and if you lose the end of the clingfilm and don't wrap up quickly it can sting so get your covers on as quickly as you can - it's obviously very potent. The fragrance is not particularly unpleasant and the gloop rinses off readily in the shower (it doesn't set or anything). The product seems to draw fluids out of the affected areas and when you do rinse off you will notice some reddening of the skin (manufacturers suggest a patch test). The instructions specify that you do it consistently over three days, then dropping down to alternate days and then finally using just once a week, or even once a month depending on the extent of your issues and other dietary/lifestyle factors. I have just completed my third application and have used the whole tub. Apart from the extra smoothness of the skin I have noticed a distinct reduction in the appearance of the cellulite and I have ordered my second jar without hesitation. My thighs look slimmer although I regard this as a temporary benefit as it draws fluids out of the skin and surface tissue which I guess the body will naturally replace over time. This is afterall a cellulite product, not a weight loss product; be under no illusion there! I was very pleasantly surprised that this product genuinely does work from the first application. I would recommend anyone worrying about their bikini bodies this summer or who feels (like I did) that middle age has hit them over the head and destroyed their self-confidence with a porridgey backside and a thickening waistline to order this product today. It is superb! PS it is messy and it does require some time. Send the kids off to gran's, your husband to the pub and slap on the slime. You really will not be disappointed!
