my old edge was so worn down .... this new replacement is a perfect fit..... plan on replacing the bolts and nuts that hold it on as the old ones will probably have to be grinded off

This blade fit my 28 inch Craftsman Snow blower perfectly. It was easy to replace by cutting off the original bolts and replacing them with 5/15-18 carriage bolts and self locking nuts that I had in my shop. Yes I did use power tools to cut off the old hardware and new hardware is NOT included with this blade. Hardware is available here on Amazon or at your local hardware store.

i have a 2004 huskie snowblower and this scaper was a perfect fit with no issues and work great. i would differently recommend

Wasn’t the replacement for my snow blower, different brand, but picked it by size and modified to fit mine, works great

Easy to install looks like the same thickness of the original part but they need to fine a different way to ship the part way to many days to receive the part.

This scraper bar, like the picture suggests is black. No problem painting to match the entire snow blower but not sure I will. The Troy Bilt 28” 2 stage is old.... one of the carriage bolt holes on the bottom was pretty badly rusted so I braised a flat washer over the hole. A few minutes with he grinder made it as good as new. 4 holes on the long piece and 1 each on the sides.....

Therefore part number 790-00120 which is a 24" shave plate DOES NOT APPLY.Part number 790-00118 is correct however.
