I am normally hesitant when purchasing products online to support pain - however my lower back has been giving me grief and in so much pain i could barely walk. So seen this online and thought why not what is the worse that can happen (apart from a broken back and getting electrocuted at the same time). So unpacked - now the instructions are not as simple! Best thing is to go online and watch a video - save you time. Use the base plate if on a bed/couch and do not use base plate on the floor make sure the product is in the lower back (Arch) switch on hear a beep and press the on button then select auto for the preset 15min massage and stretcher and the other one is for heat.. 3 is recommended as I was in blissful release. When completed stay still with back stretched for a few mins - unless like me you had 2 cats jump on your gut.

The worst thing ever

Forgot about this for a while but remembered when I had to wait in the cold and the back pain hit me like a knife. This is great for the lower back, with the heat setting and different vibration modes being a lifesaver when the pain strikes.As a safety, it stops by itself after 10 minutes but can turn it back on if needed. It is corded, so no need to wait to recharge. Just plug it in, lay down, put the machine under your lower back where the pain is, and play with different settings on the remote. Really easy and straightforward to use.Most important it helps with the pain. Would recommend

I've been using this for 3 weeks now and I've been really trying to persist with it to see if there would be any long-term benefits but unfortunately, I haven't seen any big results.The massager is an oval shape which they recommend you put on a flat surface and lay on top. Initially, I tried this on a carpeted floor but found it really uncomfortable so I settled on my spare room mattress which helped a lot.The massager has a few customisable options including height adjustment, heat adjustment and vibration adjustment. Height adjustment was useful to counteract the mattress sink, the heat adjustment is probably the best feature as a reaches a good temperature although it does take a little while to get to that point. But the vibration was disappointing for me, I feel like it barely did anything for me and as it wasn't adjustable to the range I wanted it to be.Like I said before long-term I haven't noticed a huge difference, the heating element has helped somewhat to alleviate some pain but I was hoping the massaging feature would be a lot better.
