SplendidWomen's French Terry Legging Pant

NOTE: I am adding an addendum after reordering same leggings again recently. The first ones I received say "made in Mexico" on tag and were much thicker and softer. The ones I received in Jan. 2019, the tag says "made in Egypt." I am not ever sure these are authentic!! Very thin and not like the original. I am not sure what happened to the quality of these. Maybe order directly from Splendid and be sure you get the real deal. But here is my first review: The best French terry (60 % cotton I think) legging out there, and I have had quite a few. Soft but thick enough to keep you warmer, esp. if you wear a pair of stockings and/or wool socks in the winter. I think this will be the perfect spring legging. As will most Splendid products, they are well made and built to last. I wash in machine on cold, delicate and hang to dry. No dryer! Bought three of these and rotate them. I got a medium and it is long enough in the stride and almost goes up to your waist, unlike some of the leggings that hit too far below your belly button and you feel like you have to constantly pull them up.

These are great - really thick (compared to other leggings) and cosy comfy. Bought them to keep warm and comfortable on the plane, and they’ll for sure deliver in this regard. I have no concerns about bending over and having my bum show through. I only wear leggings on occasion, but if I wore them often, I would definitely buy more pairs and make these my “go-to” leggings.For reference - I am 5’10” with long legs, and these are for sure long enough. I ordered an XL just for the length based on the comments. Normally I wear a size 8-10 jeans, and the XL was definitely roomy, but not too large at all. Roomy in a comfy way, not baggy. Also not baggy after several days of wear between washes, so they do not stretch with wear.

These are my absolute favorite leggings. They are pricey (these were a gift) but they look & feel great. They keep their shape without sagging and unlike previous leggings made for Kirkland aka Costco, these do not have a visible seam on the frontside which shows through my tank tops that I wear over them. Soft not binding or itchy nor prone to snags.

These are great leggings. The size large run pretty long which might be really helpful for tall ladies. The material is very soft and is thicker than most. Really great for cooler weather. Honestly though I cannot tell the difference between these and the Kirkland leggings from Costco which run about $11 or $12.

I am 5' 7" around 116 Lbs and these pants were great. They were long in length, warm, not see through, super comfortable and stretchy. I was very excited for a new favorite pair of leggings to lounge around in. However, after I wore them for the first day, the fabric started to pill in various areas. For this price of $68, you can find better leggings that won't get ruined quickly. I returned my pants and will look elsewhere for leggings. I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased these and the James Perse leggings. I'm returning these and keeping the James Perse. I am in no way affiliated with James Perse, but honestly I just have to rave about them. They are SUPER flattering (they actually look good -- and I pretty much never look good in leggings), and wear super well (I've been sleeping them for several weeks without washing them, and they haven't stretched out at all). These Splendid leggings are nice and thick, but the cut just is not as flattering. They have a pretty high rise (up to my belly button in front), as compared to the James Perse which has a much more modern low rise. The length on the James Perse is also perfect on me (I'm 5'3"), whereas the Splendid is SUPER long on me. If you're tall, the Splendid might work on you, but otherwise they're really going to bunch up around the ankle. One more thing, the Splendid also have an extra side seam on the legs, which I wasn't a fan of.

I rated these four stars out of five because of the waistband. Splendid it makes awesome, quality clothing and the material of these are soft and well constructed. However, the waistband seems very tight and because it's small… About an inch… It really digs into the side of my body. I am 5'6 125 lbs and wear a medium, and the leggings fit great except for the waistband, where it kind of digs into my "love handles..." It makes it a little unattractive for the silhouette.

OMG! These leggings feel soooo soft and are the perfect thing to wear outdoors with boots or inside curled up in front of the fireplace. I purchased them because I had read really good reviews from others and I couldn't agree more! You will not be disappointed! Purchased another two pair for gifts to give at Christmas! PS: They are not see through and are thick feeling without being heavy.

I love these leggings. Soft, maintain the shape throughout the day and the colour is dark black. Not at all see through. I only paid 15 bucks a pair, there was a sale on larges the day I bought them. Not sure I'd pay 85 bucks for any non yoga leggings though. Hue makes a comparable pair for half that.
