So far, so good! We are TTC still, but I noticed some general indigestion when I started taking prenatals regularly. I already took a probiotic from Costco but decided to switch to this one since it is more pregnancy-oriented. It has helped my digestion overall for sure. I appreciate the pill is not flavored or anything, and is just one pill. Some of these brands have so many different pills you have to take it is crazy. It is working for me so far so I plan to continue use into my pregnancy and beyond.

I'm a couple of months into my second pregnancy, and the constipation has been rough. I started taking this to help more with that issue, but I think it actually eased the morning sickness. It suddenly disappeared. Unfortunately, though, constipation is still a problem. I'll give it more time to see if it helps.I will say the fruity smell is off-putting. I was confused because the ingredients listed nothing that would explain it. When you're dealing with nausea, it's not ideal, either. I found this scent tablet under the pills. Honestly, not sure what this is supposed to add; I'd prefer an unscented option.
