There were only few reviews when i bought this was quite hesitant to buy or not but so far it one of the best budget video capture card out there just go for it works extremely fine with my go pro @1080p 60fps for that you have to turn of the auto stabilization in your go pro and bang the video output is as smooth as butter.Pros :-Great build quality made of hard plasticHeat vents done its workBest in its price segmentCons :- there are no cons for me tho.

This is really my first purchase of a video capture device, and I must say I thought it would ease the CPU load over, say, directly recording with OBS. It doesn't.The device still uses software layer to transmit video to the application, hence it steals about 10% fps. So there's no real advantage over using a software application to record in the first place.I have thus not been able to break 720@30fps yet, so making a judgement on quality is not possible. That said it works well when set up, except when trying to use Windows to clone the display to a virtual device on a different video driver - like using integrated Intel Gfx for the capture and discrete GPU for gameplay.In my setup I have a 2560x1600 monitor, and this device tops out at 1080p, so there's no way to actually mirror it if I don't back down the resolution first. And that looks terrible. I'm guessing I'll need a 4k capable device to capture actual footage at my target resolution.I would still think it's a good purchase as 1080p tends to be a very popular resolution.

This thing works well but heatsup like crazy after 3 minutes of use, this cannot be used for hours together, I successfuly wasted 1000 bucks.

Wanted to stream my COD Mobile gameplay. I checked for many options. Found out that I had to use an elgato for streaming my mobile gameplay. But it will cost me around inr15k to 20k to buy an elgato. This is where this capture card saved me. For just under 2k I could get 1080p 30 fps streaming output (if you need 1080p 60 fps you should use an elgato but the difference is not noticable). Thanks Xonten for such a great product. I will recommend this product to those upcoming streamers. Their customer service is also awesome. The product was good .But the quality was decent not very good

1080p with 60fps working well 👌, Usb3.0 port is provided on the hardware but in settings in device information it shows version usb2.0. Heat vents working, little warm after few hours of usage, it consumes 0.8Watts of power, when connected to mobile as otg this will not drain the battery too fast.I have purchased similar device without heat vent last month, the device Description given was Usb3.0 but the hardware had usb2.0 port. Also 1080p with 30fps , and stops working afer some time, i need to disconnect and connect again. For the same device this unit with heat vents working fine.

Good product easy to use

Hello guys i am using this product since one month , its really great performance but only the major drawback is heating itselfs some times and freeze mirror screen.Best solution : use mobile cooler , just place the product on mobile cooler and its gives 100% performance without any heating issues and errors on screen , u can use 24hours no problemFinal : even elgato also not comparableXonten capture card ( wired ) + mobile cooler = elgato level performance
