This natural eczema cream works very well, and truly has great ingredients. My son and I suffer from occasional eczema, and this clears up the itch and flaky skin in a short amount of time. Here's where it gets interesting--I have a VERY severe petroleum allergy, and cannot have any exposure to petroleum/petrochemicals. If you are at all familiar with petroleum, there are many, many ingredients beyond the commonly known ones that contain petroleum or are synthesized with petrochemicals. Most people are surprised by how many "natural" and "organic" product actually contain petroleum products. This makes even compounding prescription creams very difficult and expensive; I prefer not to use those at all. Because any exposure will send me straight to the hospital, I am extremely careful reading labels and ingredients. I patch test any new items in my house that will touch my skin, and this passed with flying colors. If you feel it's a little expensive, that's because this company is using the real stuff, not cheap substitutes. I only wish I'd taken pictures of our eczema before and after! I will definitely always keep a spare bottle of this around.

I like some of OM's other products better, although they are all good quality ingredients. I have severe eczema and this doesn't work any better for that than other OM moisturizing products I've tried. I like how it blends into the skin without being too greasy. Some might be put off by the smell. When you first put it on, it smells like freshly mown grass, and if you use a lot is literally green on the skin, but after a while that smell & color fades & there is a slightly spicy, herbal lingering scent. You don't get the green color if you only use a little. Others have complained about the pump not working. If you hold your finger tightly over the hole while pumping it many times it will eventually prime up and work.

Decent. Small container, but didn't need to use a lot as I was able to spread it around pretty good. Didn't do as good of a job as I expected taking the itch away. Also, not a pleasant odor by any means, but it is more of a medication, rather than a standard lotion.(I purchased this because I was having extensive eczema when in severe heat and the deodorant I was using and the sweat that accumulated caused severe rashes.)

I found this product at a Wanderlust festival in Canada then proceeded to leave it in my hotel room! Thankfully I was able to order again via Amazon because this is THE BEST product I have ever used on my Eczema. I've suffered since I was a teenager and I've tried everything on the market. I've cut out all the usual suspects (dairy, wheat etc), but nothing seemed to work - until this came along! I'm sure it must be the Neem in the product (no-one else seems to have it in theirs), but this combo of ingredients works wonders for me. The results are so fast, within a day my usual eczema spots are gone. If you've tried everything else, don't give up, this is the one that worked for me!

Love this for my Psoriasis! I have a whole shelf of other lotions that have been less than ideal, including Psoriasis specific salicylic acid treatments. I think what really sets it apart is how deep it moisturizes, most likely due to the fact that the first ingredient is Aloe Vera, rather than water. EVERY other lotion has water as the first ingredient, and nothing has helped the itch for me quite like this. You know - that awful itch that just BEGS you to scratch? This is the first product that actually soothes the itch more than just moisturizing the skin. And the vast majority of ingredients are Organic, which is a definite plus.

This product is amazing, it has helped keep my eczema under control & stops the itch insanity within seconds. In the past I've always had to rely on steroids, & am happy to find a product that actually works. No steroids here, this product is made with all natural ingredients. This has been a godsend, thank you!

I started using several of these products back in December and my skin just loves it.It does control my psoriasis and improves the texture of my skin. I like the fact that the ingredients are all natural and can't wait to see results of my skin in the near future.

I have used this product in the past to treat mild psoriasis and have had satisfactory results. I reordered in May when I was running low. I did not read the label on the product I received because it looked like the product I had received in the past. However, when I reached for it to use a few weeks ago I realized they had sent a different product for a different issue. The window to return expired in June so I wrote the company and explained what had happened to see is they could make an exception and exchange for the correct product. I never received a response/acknowledgement from them.
