Rachael Ray Nonstick Roasting Pan with Rack

Has worked great for a turkey and ham for the holidays and wont break the bank and not really heavy holds up in dish washer!

This is a nice sized pan

This pan is stored inside my oven, due to its large size. However, I appreciate that it has tall sides & large handles & a bottom rack that keeps meats & other foods, off the bottom of the pan. That rack has helped with clean up, because food isn't stuck to the bottom of the pan. Hand washing was the recommended way to clean so that's how I clean it. It has been used several times, and shows no signs of wear.

Although I've only used my roasting pan once, I am greatly pleased with it. The reversible rack is perfect, and it and the pan cleaned very easily. Great value for the money.

I tested it with first roasting vegetables slightly coated with oil. Turned out per. Left no stains. Clean up was a breeze! Similarly with a roast using the rack. Lots of room for vegetables and the rack allows roast to be done without removing or moving vegetables

Very pleased with the quality & size of this pan for baking brisket.

I moved to another province and was about to cook my first turkey for family. We quickly realized that our old turkey pan didn't move with us. After cooking with this one I'm glad we forgot it, it was so easy to cook with and the rack was new for me but I won't cook without it again. So easy to pull turkey out and have all the juices ready to make gravy. The best part was the cleanup the coated pan made it so easy. I highly recommend to anyone and the price is perfect for what you get.

Excellent quality and design but it is HUGE! I would say it is for cooking for 12 persons. I would say that it is 3 times bigger than is needed for a family of 4. Too bad because I absolutley loved its quality...

I love this pan. It's a little big, but not so big it can not be used for 2 - 4 people. It is SO EASY to clean and care for. For me the ONLY drawback is storage. I have a small kitchen and have to store it in my oven. I'm not fond of storing things in the oven but c'est la vie. I'm very happy with my purchase. I just wish I could find a similar item for a toaster/convection oven and I'd be in roasting pan heaven.
