What a beautiful and easy-to-use rod and reel. I love to fish and have now ordered two of these products, one for me and one for my wife, who was always using mine!! It is strong, durable, great reel, easy to store and carry. The price? Incredible!! The product comes with lots of extra lures/line and assorted hooks and weights. I will probably buy some more for my grandkids too...! I do not write many reviews, but this rod/reel assembly deserves an excellent review.... Dr. Steven Roth

These were a gift but from viewing the contents, I'd say this is a very nice, complete kit for kids.

The pole looks good and felt good upon first interaction. Unfortunately if you are looking for a telescopic fishing pole, it’s all pretty much the same crap. On the second outing, I dropped my line from a dinghy boat and the 3 ounce weight snapped the front end of the pole. Garbage!! It’s so disappointing because I would gladly pay three times this price to get a good retractable fishing pole but you can’t find one anywhere. All I can find is this China made garbage with different Chinese brands on it. If someone knows of another brand or website that I can get a better one, please let me know.

En realidad no es muy buena calidad. Los anillos de la caña se despegaron en el primer uso, tuve que usar un fuerte pegamento para volverlos a pegar, pero un mes después se quebró. El rel después de un par de usos dejo de funcionar correctamente y eso que limpio muy bien mis herramientas de pesca regularmente.Lo único que me ha funcionado son los señuelos. Pero por lo demás, recomiendo gastar un poco más y comprar una caña de mejor calidad.

I have been thinking of buying a fishing combo and I came across this particular piece. At first, I was hesitant but after going through all the specifics of the rod and the reviews. I finally decided to go ahead and try my luck since I had a fishing trip come up in a couple of days. The fishing pole and the reel are of good quality and I’m really happy with it. It has different kinds of lures, hooks, line, and it is light and comes with a carry bag which is a bonus for me. The reel was smooth, and the rod is flexible and quite handy to use. I was thinking in terms of quality and budget, and it fits perfect and meet my requirements.

For the price, this rod has gone beyond my expectations. Over the years i've been far too busy with my job to properly fish like I used to, but with this whole Covid-19 going on i've had so much more time to do things like I did when I was a kid. The moment i pulled the parts of this rod out of its packaging i was hit with a wave of emotion I hadn't felt since I first started fishing for catfish in the muddy ponds close to my house. While I could see beginners having difficulty assembling the parts, it was fairly easy for me assemble. Overall this rod has become my most used purchase off of amazon and i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality rod for a fair price.

Great price, looks good and kinda cool how you can just toss it into your car without issues. About 6 feet long so its not just a toy. You will not be sorry

All the rings became unglued on the first day of use! Save your money for a company that uses proper glue!

It's a nice rod but unusable, I'm missing the piece on top of the spinner to detach the line holder from the parts that attach it to the rod.
