Signature Sleep 13" Hybrid Coil Mattress, King, White

I ordered this mattress based on the positive reviews I read on here, it was my first time ordering a mattress without testing it first so I had no idea what to expect. Initially I was going to go with a memory foam mattress because I like how it soft and plush it feels but after doing some research, firmer mattress is a better choice for side-sleeper like me hence I went with this spring coil mattress. The package came in a giant long cardboard box which was about 100lbs, it definitely takes 2 people to haul it upstairs and unbox it. Once it was taken out of the plastic shrink wrap, it inflated immediately and almost to the full 13 inch within 10 minutes. The mattress is super comfortable to lay on- the foam pillow topper is soft like memory foam yet my body doesn't sink into it like with memory foam mattresses. The topper and the spring combined gives the right amount of support without being too firm.It took my body a couple of nights to get used the new mattress but when it was used to it, I had the best nights sleep since then. I'm a side sleeper and I feel like this really give my back and hip proper support and alignment throughout the night so I don't wake up feeling sore like I did with my old mattress. Overall, I'm glad I opted for this 13" inch with pillow top instead of the other ones, it was a great deal and it's super comfortable! This mattress is like having the best of both worlds combined- soft plush foam topper and spring coil support. Highly recommended!

I am a terrible consumer: I never miss a review when I am unhappy, but I never review items when they perform as expected. The fact is, I have quite a reputation for conducting extremely extensive research before any purchase. Even more for large ticket items. So when an item works as expected (and my expectations are always very high), I feel like it is only a fair retribution for my work. But when it fails, I indeed feel cheated.This being said, I had to review this mattress, because I have tried every mattress under $2000 (and owned 7 of them in the past 6 months): and they all failed me, except for this one. This is the only mattress that would give me a good night sleep and no pain (we are in our late 20's, in good shape, not overweight, no medical condition whatsoever). It is the only non-memory foam mattress under $2000 that is well built and comfortable. For durability, I have no idea, as I have owned it only for 1 month so far. I did feel a little non-visible sag where I slept every night, but since then I tried to slightly change my location from night to night and I can't feel it anymore. However, if this mattress ever fails me, I can guarantee you I will be updating this review. I am now so, so frustrated with mattresses, that is probably the last thing I'll do before I go hang myself.On a side note, if you like memory foam mattresses, there are probably other options to consider for a good bang for your buck(Leesa, Tuft& Needle, Saatva). We personally tried them all and came to the conclusion that memory foams are not for us, as we hated every single one we ever tried (they feel like heaven for the first hour, but not for the whole night), but to each its own.

Took a little more time to get to me but it finally did. It is so comfortable. You can't beat the price either! It was easy to put up too. We put the base together so it would be ready for the bed and opened the bed on it. Opened with ease. No noticeable smell either. Actually slept on it that night. We have had it for two weeks now and I sleep like a baby. So does my husband. He says his shoulder doesn't hurt like it had before if he slept on his side. We are not small people so it has been wonderful having plenty of room. Will definitely order again if we ever need another one for another room. *****Update 09.15.20-So We have had this mattress since 2017. My husband is 6'3 - 300lbs and I'm 5'5 - 200lbs. The mattress has held up pretty well. Tho it has gotten softer over time and not as supportive. Nothing major but is now too soft for us. We wake up with sore back, shoulder and neck pain. Have tried different pillows and such to fix this. We recently spent time away from home at my son's house who has a new firm mattress. We woke up sore free for the days we were there. Soooooooo, we are in the market for a new mattress. This one is still good per se, and are going to put it in another room for guests.

When i received the mattress, it was packaged very nice and safety. My mom was expected to enjoy on it every night. As i open the box and cut the seal plastic bag for the mattress to be risen, it was risen very fast (about 15 mins for maximum rising). My mom liked it because it is very soft, she was not backache anymore.However, after 2 weeks, the nightmare came. The mattress looks like be fallen. The bed-springs were almost broken i guessed. I could feel those bed-springs by hand on the rear of the mattress. Both of us were disappointed because we spent over $300 just for 2 weeks. I decided to return it. And now it is on the way for pilot department to come and pick it up.I hope the seller should re-check mattresses for qualifications before shipping to customers. If the products are like this, i think cheap price will be suitable.

We are very satisfied with the quality of this mattress, it is firm, but with a comfortable pillow top, which exactly what we were looking for!The only complaint we have is that the Fed Ex guy, flopped the very heavy box on our front entry way, and if I hadn't ran out and asked him if he could please put it in the house, it would have been out in the rain. He did, but said "I only go inside the door"! (Rude Fed Ex, not Amazon's fault).The Box is very awkward and heavy, but should not deter from ordering this mattress, just make sure you have "muscle" on hand to help move and unpack!My only complaint is I wish there would have been more instruction on how to unpack, outside of the box, not just in the instruction book inside the box.My opinion is great product at a great price!
