It is under the cabinets and works great. Install was pretty easy.

Just replaced three in my kitchen with the TR version replacing same from ~20 years ago. Once installed these can be great - no outlets cut into the middle of your backsplash. Very difficult to install under overhead cabinets with back-wire method. The W30 connectors for back-wire install are no longer included with each strip. Also the two screws shown in the picture are not included. Two flat termination end-caps are included. Warning - occasionally an individual outlet will pop loose after installation.

Ordered 6 of these, 2 were white even though the label on the packaging said black. 4 came with a built in gfci in place of one of the receptacles. Aside from that has anybody at Legrand actually installed one of these? Trying to snap these together in a tight space will test your sanity. And good luck squeezing the wire connectors inside of the very limited space. Here's a tip Legrand: make the outer half attach with screws and add just a 1/4 inch to the width or depth and this garbage will be 1000% better.

The outlet is exposed on the ends. Where can I purchase the end pieces that cover the wire and open side?

I watched a video about how to install this. The video intentionally cuts away from the part showing how to fit the wires and connectors into this space. And, if you push on an outlet, it will snap out, and you’ll have to dismantle this thing to get it back in. This is trash

No connectors in the kit. Legrand own installation video show a specific connector.Romex inlets are right on top(under)the internal wiring. How are you supposed to get 3 wires to fit with the existing 3?You out knock out coins in multiple places yet NONE are usable due to this limitation.I will have to hack this up to make it work and be code compliant. Garbage. I should have read the 17 reviews first! This is the hardwired version

short one piece as deliverd stuff in box i didnt order not as advertised need i say any more?pain in th rear to install 2 days to run 23 ft should of been 2hrs max need w30 wire connectors cant use wire nuts no room to put them in.Way over priced.

There is no room inside to make connections or run romex. Entry holes interfere with the outlets, no room for entry connectors, no room for wire nuts. Absolutely terrible design. DO NOT BUY. And think twice about buying anything from Legrand if their other products are designed by these same idiots.
