I got tired of buy those tiny 4 gram packets of cuttlefish ink to make spaghetti al nero di seppia. Each of those tiny packet cost nearly $1.00 each and at least 4 were required to make one serving. I think this jar may be a lifetime supply. More news to come...Film at 11:00PM.

Delicious. A little goes along way. Have mixed into tomato sauce to have squid ink sauced pasta.

Waste of $30
When I got the package I could smell it before I opened it. The glass jar was not broken, and the seal was not broken, yet the ink was all over the outside of the jar and inside the bubble wrap. No return policy.
