41" Foam Samurai Sword Katana Demon a Slayer Anime (Choose Your Character) (Shinazagawa Sanemi)

I was a little hesitant to purchase these swords after seeing the reviews but I’m so glad I took the chance. The swords looks amazing!!! It’s lightweight, not a hassle at all for me to be carrying them all convention long. The handle is plastic while the sword is foam. Granted a few details are a little off like the base part of the sword and handle (but I painted it green myself). However, one of the chains did come undone while walking around the convention, but I just stuck the metal part holding onto the chain back in so note not to swing them around so much. I would say they’re pretty well made and I will definitely be purchasing from here again!

These are sick and I would recommend them if you're a Tengen fan. HOWEVER, there is one caveat I feel needs mentioning, the chains are pinned into the handle with nothing else to support the chain's connection with the handle. What this means is you can't do any fancy spins while holding onto the blades because the pin will come out and the blade will just go flying. That will be more or less important depending on who you are but personally, I wanted to spin them around as shown in the show xD.Also, mine came with some slight bending at the tip of one blade and some of the foam looked like it got scuffed in the shipping process, but that wasn't anything to send them back over.Overall could use better packaging and the chains could be supported to the handles better. 3/5 would still recommend.

Good as is, but GREAT if you are willing to put in <$5 and 10min of work. Only complaint is that they are a clean white for the handle and sheath while Inouske has more of a bandage wrap. I added a layer of athletic tape around and won a costume contest 😁 The paint on the blade isn't perfect, but what sword chiseled with rocks would be? Will be coming back to look for Tanjiro's sword another day!

The media could not be loaded.  So generally it’s not that bad at all, a little flimsy but it is foam so you can’t expect too much. I also didn’t realize the color would be spray painted on, so I kinda got a big whiff of the fumes when I opened it lol. The paint is great though and the colors look amazing, all in all it does look like Giyu’s sword.I suggest to the makers (since it’s obviously handmade) to not rush the process. I wouldn’t have minded it come a day later if it meant the gold symbols on the side would’ve been cleaner and more organized, and maybe you can give the spray paint a couple of hours to breath before you pack it, because of some people are allergic to (or just bothered) the fumes you can probably get into trouble!Thank you for the sword though, it definitely completed my Giyu ensemble and it’s gonna be a great Halloween!

I'm a pretty casual cosplayer and this katana was exactly what I needed for my demon slayer cosplay. The blade seems a little flimsy when you swing it sideways but it is foam. The case is a little scratched up and some of the paint is kinda chipping. But other than that it's great!

The sword is very good for cosplay and is safe around kids! It is very light weight, the one complaint I do have is that it came a little late but besides from that it is very good and I would buy again.

My kiddo wanted a sword to complete his costume but I didn’t want him running around with anything metal, wood or plastic like the other ones.I looked high and low all over Amazon and found this.It was perfect and sturdy. Thank is still playing with it and it’s soft enough to if he pretend hits the couch or walls it doesn’t damage anything but sturdy enough that it doesn’t break. He’s not easy in the couch when he play fights with it and it’s withstood the blows.Highly recommended for children!

It’s way bigger than I thought it would be (water bottle for size comparison). Which is perfect. The cover is like a hard plastic (idk if its plastic) not like cheap toy plastic. The actual sword is a hard foam the paint is starting to chip though. Its very light weight so its perfect for on the go. The circle thing is soft foam and can be removed.
