Pro Hunter GTX® 10" Armortex® Kevlar®

The boot was comfortable the moment I put it on. It survived walking through 5 fast flowing streams which came almost to the top of the boot without letting in water and has a very grippy sole which performs well in slippery mud.

This is my second pair of these boots, can’t fault them. I use them for walking the dog through all terrains mud,water, bramble etc, keep your feet bone dry and good support for the ankles. SUPERB

Had my boots since May 2019! by the end of August the front eyelet hook on tongue came out of the tongue and on the other boot the Loop on back boot had started to come away from boot.There excuse not to replace or refund (Buyer has not taken reasonable care)Now I've had a pair of Solomon's walking boots for over two years now! which have hooks for eye lets and loops on the back apart of the boots and none then have broken away from boots.So beware this sort problem/ customer service be dealing with if you have a problem.

I had a good service from Bushwear I asked a question and had a quick reply, the boots seem to fit well although I haven't worn them properly yet ,so far I'm pleased

The media could not be loaded.  The Pro Hunter GTX boots are easily the best I have ever owned and after wearing them regularly for 18 months in all sorts of conditions they are practically as good as new. I'm onto my third pair of laces due to wear and tear from brambles and heather rasping against the front of the boots but the kevlar parts have protected the boot 100% and they are still perfectly breathable and waterproof......and super comfortable.See review video I did shortly after buying them. I have since featured them in most of my outdoor videos for my Youtube channel (Pondguru Outdoors) along with the Pro Hunter trousers and jacket and would definitely recommend them if you are serious about comfort and performance.I normally wear calf length medium weight Sealskinz socks or the Pro Hunter socks from Harkila which are also excellent. Both types of socks maintain warmth / coolness and allow the boot to breathe.P.S. you may need to click video into full screen then back to standard view to watch it.

Wore them for an 8 hour or walk on some of the roughest ground you’ll find in the highlands and pouring rain for 4 hours of that and feet stayed dry until the very end. Incredible boots. I’d purchased them for stalking and did so 2 days after the aformentioned walk and was drier conditions and superb boots. Looking after them with the harkila wax/leather treatment and I’ve heard is how to get the maximum longevity out of them.
