These plates have been helpful for me to fine-tune the challenge of the weight load for isolation exercises for my triceps, biceps, shoulders, and also the chest for cable presses.These magnetic weights are a little pricey (at the time of my purchase), but the product is sturdy and holds up.

Works great
I have a functional trainer with 10lb weight plates so these are perfect for when I need a smaller increase. I tried the horseshoe shaped kind that’s it on the stack but they didn’t fit my machine so these are perfect.
